From insight to lived change

Astro-Coaching brings together the depth of psychological astrology with the practical support of coaching. Astrology can offer profound insight into who we are, the patterns we have developed, the challenges we encounter, and the potential inherent within us. It can help us see ourselves with greater clarity and understand the deeper dynamics at work in our lives. But insight does not automatically create change. We may understand a pattern and still continue to live it. We may recognize what is no longer serving us and yet find it difficult to change the structures, habits, relationships, or choices that keep us there. Seeing a possibility is not the same as knowing how to make it part of our lived experience.

This is where Astro-Coaching begins.

From understanding to integration

The birth chart provides a map of the psyche and a language through which we can explore the deeper patterns of our lives. Through psychological astrology, we can examine our particular way of being in the world — our emotional needs, patterns of relating, fears, conflicts, strengths, talents, and growth edges. Astrology can illuminate what is present. Coaching supports the process of working with what has been revealed. Together, we explore how greater self-awareness can be translated into conscious choices and meaningful changes in the way you live. We may look at the practical circumstances of your life, identify what is keeping you stuck, consider what needs to change, and develop your own ways of moving forward. The intention is not to impose solutions from the outside. It is to help you discover the understanding, resources, and practical steps that are right for you.

An evolutionary process

Meaningful change is rarely instantaneous. It is an evolutionary process. As awareness deepens, we begin to recognize patterns that may have operated outside of our consciousness. We can question what once seemed inevitable, experiment with new possibilities, and gradually create new ways of living. This requires time, patience, courage, and a willingness to remain present to the process. The role of Astro-Coaching is to accompany you through that process — bringing the perspective of your birth chart into an ongoing exploration of how you are actually living your life. The goal is not to become someone other than who you are. It is to become more fully who you are capable of being.

Beginning with Astrology

Astro-Coaching  follows the Comprehensive Astrological Consultation, where we first establish the larger landscape of your birth chart and explore the questions and circumstances that have brought you to astrology. From there, ongoing sessions can provide a space to continue working with what has been revealed, as insight gradually becomes awareness, awareness becomes choice, and choice becomes lived change.

Astro-Coaching is offered as ongoing individual sessions and is charged at $100/hr
